Shipping Range

  • Countries: We currently ship within New Zealand. We can not ship to P.O boxes, military bases or diplomatic locations.

Shipping Costs

  • Within New Zealand: Shipping is calculated at checkout on all orders.
  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Last Order Time: 5:00pm New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT).
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
  • Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
  • Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
  • Total Delivery Time: It will take a total of 6-9 business days to receive your order.
  • Holiday / Peak Season Delays: During peak periods (eg: Christmas, Easter, etc), delivery times may be longer. Check our website for updates.

Shipping Process

  • Reliable Courier Services: We typically ship via NZ Couriers, Fastway and Conroy Removals. Other couriers may be used.
  • Insured Shipments: All shipments include basic insurance against loss or damage of items in transit. Claims require proof of damage (photos) and must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit.
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our ecological footprint.

Missing Items Procedure

  • Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via support@myplumbingshop.co.nz.
  • Resolution: Missing item claims will be investigated within 3 business days. If confirmed, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within 5 business days.
